Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay Reveal

If you like cyborg butts and boobs then Cyberpunk 2077 might just be the game for you. Honestly though this game is definitely dark and gritty but also looks amazing. In fact, this might just be one of the most ambitious projects that we have seen since No Man’s Sky and we all know how that turned out…at least at launch. Today an almost hour long gameplay walk through was released and this game looks absolutely amazing. However, the developers stressed several times throughout this video that what is being shown is not the completed game, and everything we see could be subject to change. Now unlike No Man’s Sky I definitely appreciate them telling us this rather than saying these things are set in stone.

Injustice 2 FREE to play on Xbox One

NetherRealm Studios’ hit fighting game featuring all of your favorite DC super heroes and villains is free to play on Xbox One. If you haven’t tried it out yet or just don’t currently own it, then you’re in luck because you can now download and play it free of charge. The official Injustice 2 Twitter account announced today that Xbox One owners are able to download the game during their free trial period though they did not say how long the trail period would last. I would think that it would at least be through the weekend. Still, free is free and even if it was only for a couple days it might be worth the download. Injustice 2 is currently selling for $24 for the standard edition or $30 for the Legendary Edition.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Gameplay Trailer

With every passing month I get more and more excited for the games that are coming out this year. One of the games at the top of my list, and lets face it most gamer’s lists, is of course Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2. This is definitely one of the most anticipated games of the last few years let alone this year. We’ve gotten plenty of glimpses of the game’s cinematics but we have really been wanting to see is actual gameplay footage. Well last week Rockstar finally came through for us and delivered a 6 minute long trailer featuring some amazing looking gameplay footage. Already Red Dead Redemption 2 is looking like it is going to be an instant classic much like it’s predecessor.

DOOM Eternal Gameplay Video

So for those of you that weren’t aware Bethesda announced their sequel to the 2016 hit DOOM at E3 2018. Well a couple days ago they released a 20 minute gameplay video at QuakeCon for the new DOOM Eternal game, and it looks even more intense than any of other games that has come before it. Personally I am a huge fan of the DOOM franchise and really enjoyed the last one that came out. I played it a lot on PS4 and even streamed it quite a bit on our Nerdgasm Needs YouTube channel. The environments and level designs were great, the multiplayer was fun and fast paced, the customization for your multiplayer character was awesome, and judging by this latest video things are only gonna get better!

Gears 5 E3 2018 Trailer

Microsoft may not have come to E3 2018 with very many NEW exclusive titles for the Xbox One, but they did show up with the ones that mattered. Of course I am talking about the first official trailer for Gears of War 5! Marcus, J.D., Del, and Kait are back and this time looking even more bad ass in all of their Gears armor. The story seems to revolve more around Kait this time with Marcus, J.D., and Del playing more support characters. Best of all Microsoft decided to bring back split sceen co-op which we haven’t seen in a major AAA title in a long time. Personally thing makes me want to play this game even more.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Info and Trailers

Yesterday Treyarch revealed the very first look at Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 complete with multi-player mode, zombies, and even a brand NEW battle royale mode. However one thing that was noticeably absent from the game is a campaign mode. Honestly I’m not sure if this is a good thing or not. The last few Call of Duty games have had terrible campaign modes and were a far cry (no pun intended) from some of the awesome stories that were told in the early games. However, this could have been an opportunity to go back to their roots a bit and give fans of the series something that they have been asking for for years. Still I think if you are a fan of the franchise there is a lot to be excited about here.

Mantis gives his thoughts on Sea of Thieves

So last week we finally saw the release of the much anticipated open world, pirate game, Sea of Thieves. Sea of Thieves is of course a Microsoft exclusive and is developed by the British game developer Rare. It was first announced at E3 2015 and ever since then it has been on my list of games that I have been most excited for. My original plan was to get it on my Xbox One but last year I built myself a pretty sweet gaming PC and decided to get the game for PC instead. The great thing is that this game is cross compatible and I am able to play with my friends on Xbox just as easily as I can with my friends that game on PC. I was so excited for this game to come out, but now that it’s out and I’ve played it for a while, I am feeling a bit underwhelmed.

Tom Clancy’s: The Division 2 Announced

Good news for Division fans! Ubisoft has officially announced the development of Tom Clancy’s: The Division 2. Members of the development team announced it on an official Ubisoft live stream and said that a full reveal will be coming this summer at E3 2018. Personally I was a big fan of this game in the beginning but lost interest in it after reaching the first level cap. The announcement comes exactly 2 years to the day after to original Division was launched. Not many details were given about the upcoming sequel except that “some” player progression will be carried over from the original game. An official logo was released on Ubisoft’s own website and we have posted it below for you guys.
