Gears 5 E3 2018 Trailer

Microsoft may not have come to E3 2018 with very many NEW exclusive titles for the Xbox One, but they did show up with the ones that mattered. Of course I am talking about the first official trailer for Gears of War 5! Marcus, J.D., Del, and Kait are back and this time looking even more bad ass in all of their Gears armor. The story seems to revolve more around Kait this time with Marcus, J.D., and Del playing more support characters. Best of all Microsoft decided to bring back split sceen co-op which we haven’t seen in a major AAA title in a long time. Personally thing makes me want to play this game even more.

R.I.P. Xbox Kinect

Well it finally happened, the somewhat popular yet controversial Xbox Kinect Censor has officially been discontinued by Microsoft. According to Gamespot, Kinect creator Alex Kipman and Xbox Devices Marketing GM Matthew Lapsen shared the news in an interview with Fastcodesign. Microsoft has revealed that it has officially put an end to the manufacturing of the device but that the remaining Kinects still on store shelves will continue to be available for purchase. So if you’ve ever wanted a Kinect to go with your Xbox One or Xbox 360 now is the time to buy one. Personally I have never owned one and after Microsoft tried to shove it down our throats with the launch of the Xbox One, I never will.

Halo 3 Room Locked for 10 Years…Until Now

Halo 3 is arguably one of the best games to ever grace the Xbox 360. I for one have very fond memories of playing Halo 3 for endless hours with my friends. In fact, it was the whole reason I bought an Xbox 360 over the PlayStation 3 at the time. One of the best parts about the game was the amazing campaign mode that was filled with action mystery, and some hidden secrets. Some of those secrets were meant to be found while others in the game where never meant for fans to see. However, one group of dedicated players spent 10 years trying to get into an area of the map that was blocked but eventually their hard work and tireless efforts paid off.

Xbox Announces NEW Game Pass

Over 100 great games. Endless play. That is what Microsoft is saying about their new Xbox Game Pass. The Game Pass is to be a monthly subscription based program where Xbox One owners can play awesome Xbox One and Xbox 360 games as much as they want. So far it appears that there will be around 100 titles to choose from with some titles being added or taken away each month. The best part about this new subscription service is that it will only set you back $10 a month.

NEW Xbox Consoles And The Future Of Gaming (Video)

Microsoft came out swinging at their E3 2016 conference. Two of their biggest announcements were the release of the Xbox One Slim and another mystery mega console code named Scorpio. Both are said to be part of the “Xbox One Family” and sound very impressive. These two new consoles (in theory) would definitely put Microsoft at the top of the console wars in terms of performance. However, I wonder is Microsoft getting a little too over zealous and once again shooting themselves in the foot like they did with the initial announcement of the Xbox One?

Star Wars Battlefront 2004/2015 Comparison (Video)

One of the most anticipated games of the year has to be Star Wars: Battlefront. hell, it might be one of the most anticipated games of the last ten years. Millions of gamers joined in on the Battlefront beta and now even more are finally enjoying the full game (I have to wait until Friday). We waited for over ten years to finally get another Battlefront game and I have fond memories of the last one. You would think a game that is 2 generations/systems old wouldn’t look too good, but this video proves otherwise.
