Days Gone Delayed Until 2019

One of the most anticipated games of 2018 has been pushed back to next year. The spectacular looking zombie survival game known as Days Gone has officially been delayed until sometime in 2019. Days Gone was first announced at E3 2016 and was recieved by fans with a lot of excitement. OK, the first thing I will say is that if this delay helps bring us a better game then I am all for it. I hate when companies rush a game’s development just to get it out in time to meet their deadline and what we get as a result falls far short of what we were promised. Still I am a little disappointed that after being announced 2 years ago there is still not solid release date in site for this game.

Call of Duty: The Darkest Shore Trailer

If you guys haven’t played the latest Call of Duty Zombies then you are definitely missing out. The puzzles are challenging, the zombies get ridiculously hard, but all and all it makes for a really fun and entertaining challenge. I personally have not actually been able to beat it yet, but just because I haven’t beat it doesn’t mean that I’m not looking forward to the new zombies dlc. It’s called The Darkest Shore and it looks even more intense than the original zombies for Call of Duty WW2. I have to admit that this looks a lot more gory than the usual zombie mode that we are used to. It seems like it’s crossing over into more horror territory similar to games like The Evil Within and Outlast.

NEW The Last of Us Part II Trailer

The Last of Us was one of the best games to ever hit consoles and PC. It told an amazing yet terrifying story in a unique and immersive world. However when the game ended we were all left with many questions and could not wait for the second one to come out. Well that was all the back in 2013. Now here we are at the end of 2017 and we are inching ever closer to the release of The Last of Us Part 2. It’s been almost a year since we got our first glimpse of this game in a violent and emotional teaser trailer that was released back in December of last year. If you missed it or want to check it out again just click here. Today we get another violent look at the game and it makes me want to play it even more.

Resident Evil 7 “Not a Hero” DLC Trailer

Chris Redfield is back and this time he is coming to Resident Evil 7. For those of you that may not have played Resident Evil 7 yet **SPOILER ALERT** skip this next sentence if you don’t want the ending ruined for you. At the end of Resident Evil 7 what looks like some special ops soldiers show up and rescue you from the house, and one of them turns out to be Chris Redfield. Now Campcom is releasing it’s latest DLC titled Not a Hero and it looks to be the story of what Chris and his team went through during the events of the game. However the best part about this DLC is that it will be completely free to anyone who already owns the gold edition of this game.

The Walking Dead Season 8 Trailer

San Diego Comic Con keeps on bringing us the hits, this time with the first official Walking Dead season 8 trailer. Now there has been a lot of controversy surrounding the Walking Dead when it comes to it’s pacing and even amount of violence. The season 7 premiere was accused of being too intense for even some of the most seasoned Walking Dead fans. However, it appeared as though the show peaked in the beginning of the season as many fans started to become bored with the show as it progressed…or didn’t progress. In any case we are looking forward to season 8 coming in October and we have the official 5 minute trailer posted below for your viewing pleasure.

Days Gone Trailer and Game Play Demo

This was a big year for E3 and for console gaming it’s self. One of the most exciting games to be shown off at this year’s E3 was the post apocalyptic, zombie game titled Days Gone. Now we’ve seen our fair share of games set in a post apocalyptic setting filled with infected creatures that want to kill you, but this one has definitely just raised the bar. Sony gave us a more in depth glimpse of the game with a 7 minute game play demo. The graphics look phenomenal and has a Last of Us feel to them, but unlike the Last of Us it looks like were are going to be able to explore this game in a more open world setting. The story and characters seem very engaging and there is no doubt that danger is waiting around every corner in this game.
