Harsher Punishments For “Bad Behavior” In Overwatch

One thing I can’t stand in multiplayer matches are people that go out of their way to piss other players off. Whether it’s through griefing, cheating, or just plain talking too much shit. Unfortunately cheating and trolling are a part of any multi-player game and Overwatch is no exception. However, Overwatch developers Blizzard has stated that they will now start administering harsher punishments for players who exhibit what they consider “bad behavior.” Not only that but they have announced that the reporting system will finally be brought over to the PS4 and Xbox One. Personally I think this is a good thing for those of us who like to play the game and have some friendly competition.

Possible Directors found for Mega Man Movie

This is honestly the first that I have even heard about a possible Mega Man movie in the works. Apparently back in 2015 it was announced that 20th Century Fox and Chernin Entertainment would be taking over development on a movie based on the popular video game franchise. Personally I think Mega Man would be better suited for an animated movie series or Netflix show but you know Hollywood…”Where ever there is money to be made” is their motto. Well here we are 2 years later and it looks like we are very close to having both a writer and director for this movie project. However, I am a bit surprised to hear who the front runners are.

Nintendo Announces SNES Classic

For those of you that might have missed out on a chance to own the official NES Classic that was released by Nintendo last year, fear not because you are getting another chance to own a classic Nintendo gaming system. Today Nintendo announced that they will be releasing the Super Nintendo Classic and personally I am more excited about this one than I was for the NES classic. The release date is set for September 29 and will be sold for $80 U.S. The Super Nintendo Classic will come with 21 games and include the previously unreleased Star Fox 2. Now if this isn’t Nerdgasmic I honestly don’t know what is.

Days Gone Trailer and Game Play Demo

This was a big year for E3 and for console gaming it’s self. One of the most exciting games to be shown off at this year’s E3 was the post apocalyptic, zombie game titled Days Gone. Now we’ve seen our fair share of games set in a post apocalyptic setting filled with infected creatures that want to kill you, but this one has definitely just raised the bar. Sony gave us a more in depth glimpse of the game with a 7 minute game play demo. The graphics look phenomenal and has a Last of Us feel to them, but unlike the Last of Us it looks like were are going to be able to explore this game in a more open world setting. The story and characters seem very engaging and there is no doubt that danger is waiting around every corner in this game.

Spider-Man E3 Game Play Trailer

It has been exactly one year since the much anticipated Spider-Man game was teased for the PlayStation 4 at E3 2016. This year we were hoping to actually be able to see some real game play footage of the game and get a possible release date. Though we didn’t get an official release date we do know that it will tentatively be available sometime in 2018. However, the best part of Sony’s E3 2017 presentation was of course the 9 minute game play demo of the up coming Spider-Man game. The amount of content that they showed off in nine minutes was amazing and the game it’s self looks absolutely beautiful. As a major fan of Spider-Man, I personally can’t wait to get my hands on this game.

Dragon Ball FighterZ Trailer and Game Play

As I’m sure most of you know E3 is currently under way and there have already been a lot of awesome new games that have been revealed for this year and the next. One of the games that was revealed during the Microsoft press conference has us here at Nerdgasm Needs super excited. Of course we are talking about the new DBZ fighting game titled Dragon Ball FighterZ. Yesterday we got our first short look at the game and today we actually have some full game footage and it looks awesome! If you are a fan of the Dragon Ball anime then this will definitely be a game at the top of your “must own” list.
