Destiny 2 Last Call Teaser Trailer

The first official teaser trailer for Destiny 2 is here and it’s awesome! The much anticipated follow up to the first Destiny game has finally been announced and the teaser trailer is actually pretty creative. So far we haven’t seen any actual game play footage but I have a feeling that will be in the announcement trailer that comes out tomorrow. Still no game play footage aside, this cinematic trailer really sets a fun and more social mood to the upcoming Destiny 2.

Nerdcast 2.0 Episode 15 (Podcast)

On this episode of the Nerdgasm Needs podcast I give my full review of Ghost Recon: Wild Lands, talk about the up coming Matrix Reboot, discuss whether or not The Walking Dead is getting lazy, and recommend an awesome anime movie titled Gantz: OSo please give it a listen, share with your friends, and as always let us know what you think Nerd Nation. Are there any topics you’d like to hear me talk about? If so be sure to let me know your thoughts by leaving me a comment below.

Ghost in the Shell Extended Clip (Video)

The live action Ghost in the Shell movie staring Scareltt Johansson is almost here and the more I see of it the more I like it. The famous rooftop jump scene that we have been seeing so much of lately has been released online and runs about 5 minutes long. Obviously this scene is a lot different than the original anime movie mainly because the Major is trying to save the target rather than kill him, but there are a lot of call backs to the original anime in it, right down to the awesome briefcase guns!

Zordon is a Racist (Video)

In honor of the new Power Rangers movie I thought this might be a good time to post this hilarious video. Back in the 90s when the original series first came out there was a little bit of possibly unintentional type casting going on. We were just kids at the time so of course most of us were oblivious to it, but as we got older it became glaringly obvious. This video from CollegeHumor is several years old but definitely relevant again with the release of the new movie.

Nerdcast 2.0 Episode 14 (Podcast)

On this episode I give my review on Resident Evil 7 and talk about other related projects you will want to check out, give my thoughts on Alien Covenant, tell you a story of how Dragon Ball Z saved a kid’s life, and talk about whether or not streaming video games can be hazardous to your health. So please give it a listen, share with your friends, and let me know what you think Nerd Nation. Alien: Covenant Official Trailer (Video)

Finally we get to see the first official trailer for the latest movie in one of the best science fiction franchises, and that would be for the much anticipated Alien: Covenant. Personally I am a big fan of the entire Alien franchise (Yes even Alien 3 and the AVP movies) and Alien: Covenant is no exception. It placed eighth in my top 10 most anticipated Nerd movies of 2017 list, but after seeing this trailer I think I should have placed it even higher because it looks that good.

X-23 Viral Clip (Video)

Logan is almost here and I am excited to see Hugh Jackman play Wolverine for the last time. However, in this latest clip for the movie the focus is on Laura Kinney aka X-23. Here we see what looks to be an amateur video of X-23 being held in a facility presumably where she was given her deadly claws much like Wolverine was. Unfortunately unlike Wolverine she is just a kid and she is not the only one being held captive in this video. Logan is definitely earning it’s R rating and this viral video is taking full advantage of it.

Ghost in the Shell Super Bowl Spot (Video)

Say what you want about there being a live action adaptation of one of the most iconic Anime films of all time, but it’s happening and I’m actually excited for this. Ghost in the Shell was number 9 on my top 10 most anticipated movies of 2017 list, and to hear the rest of the list click here or click on the podcast button on our web page and listen to episode 11. The more I see of this movie the more I am interested in seeing the final result. So far it’s looking pretty good and this Super Bowl spot is more evidence that they actually did the anime justice.
