DOOM Eternal Gameplay Video

So for those of you that weren’t aware Bethesda announced their sequel to the 2016 hit DOOM at E3 2018. Well a couple days ago they released a 20 minute gameplay video at QuakeCon for the new DOOM Eternal game, and it looks even more intense than any of other games that has come before it. Personally I am a huge fan of the DOOM franchise and really enjoyed the last one that came out. I played it a lot on PS4 and even streamed it quite a bit on our Nerdgasm Needs YouTube channel. The environments and level designs were great, the multiplayer was fun and fast paced, the customization for your multiplayer character was awesome, and judging by this latest video things are only gonna get better!

One Punch Man Season 2 Announcement Trailer

Sometimes I can’t believe how long it takes to get a second season of an anime series. One Punch Man was one of the biggest anime series of 2015, and by the time season 2 comes out it will have been 4 years since the first episode premiered. Still they say all good things come to those who wait and I hope that stands true for season 2 of One Punch Man. That’s right Nerd Nation, we are finally getting a second season and I can’t wait to see what new super powered enemies Saitama, Genos, and all the other heroes will face this time around. Unfortunately for us we still have to wait about 7 more months as One Punch Man Season 2 won’t officially premier until April of 2019…

Cowboy Bebop Movie in US Theaters This August

One of the greatest anime series of all time is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and, coming off of Anime Expo 2018 I’m all about anything anime related right now. Funimation has announced that it will be showing Cowboy Bebop The Movie: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door in the US August 15 – August 16 in select theaters. If you prefer you anime subbed and not dubbed then the August 15th showing is for you. However, if you like the English dubbed version then you should go on August 16th. The film originally opened in Japan all the way back in 2001, and previously screened in the U.S. back in 2002 and 2003. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see it back then so I’m glad I get a second chance at seeing it on the big screen.

Halo TV Series Starts Production in 2019

It’s been a long time since the plan for a live-action Halo TV series was first announced. 5 years is a long time to wait. In all honesty there was a point where I didn’t think that it was actually going to happen, but here we are with some exciting news. Showtime has officially ordered 10 hour long episodes for the first season, with production set to begin sometime in 2019. The series comes from director Rupert Wyatt (Rise of the Planet of the Apes), Kyle Killen (Awake), and Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment. There are so many exciting things that could be explored with this series, and I just hope that the people in charge have as much passion for this project as the fans have for the games.

Spider-Man E3 2018 Gameplay Trailer

For the last couple of years Sony has been teasing us with this amazing looking Spider-Man game. There is so much anticipation surrounding this game that they couldn’t possibly live up to all the hype…right? Well thankfully for fans it looks like this game is going to deliver on everything that it has promised and more. For those of you that have followed this page over the years, you know that I am a HUGE Spider-Man fan and can be very critical of how the web head is treated at times. However, this game really does look amazing, so much so in fact, that I am going to be upgrading to the PS4 Pro specifically for this game. A lot of people were able to get their hands on the demo at E3 and everyone is raving about it.

Gears 5 E3 2018 Trailer

Microsoft may not have come to E3 2018 with very many NEW exclusive titles for the Xbox One, but they did show up with the ones that mattered. Of course I am talking about the first official trailer for Gears of War 5! Marcus, J.D., Del, and Kait are back and this time looking even more bad ass in all of their Gears armor. The story seems to revolve more around Kait this time with Marcus, J.D., and Del playing more support characters. Best of all Microsoft decided to bring back split sceen co-op which we haven’t seen in a major AAA title in a long time. Personally thing makes me want to play this game even more.

The Last of Us 2 E3 2018 Gameplay Trailer

This year’s E3 has been awesome and last night we got to see Sony’s press conference. Though the presentation wasn’t that great they showed off some really cool looking games, one of them being The Last of Us Part II. The last time we saw anything from Naughty Dog was last year in October when they dropped a really intense cinematic trailer for The Last of Us Part II. In case you missed it click here to check it out. However, this new trailer shows off some amazing looking gameplay footage that definitely amps up the intensity from the first game as well as some beautiful cinematics. I can’t wait for this game to come out and continue the story of Ellie and Joel.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Official Trailer

Back in December of last year we got our first glimpse of Miles Morales in a teaser trailer for Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, click here to check it out. As cool as it looked we were left with a bunch of questions especially whether or not Peter Parker’s Spider-Man would be in this movie. We had to assume that Miles was not going to be the only web head in it since the movie was titled Into The Spider-Verse. Today Sony released the first official trailer and it looks awesome. I was already impressed with what we saw from the teaser, but now I’m even more impressed. For me though the best part was finding out that YES Peter Parker, the original Spider-Man, has a very important and prominent role in this animated film.
