Marvel’s The Punisher Official Trailer

It’s finally here! Netflix has released the official trailer for Marvel’s The Punisher and it looks seriously kick ass. Just a couple days ago we got a short promotional video featuring Frank Castle making some soldiers pay for going after him. If you missed that then just click here to check it out. However, it’s not necessary to watch it before you check out the official trailer that we have posted below for your viewing pleasure. The trailer is definitely brutal in true Punisher fashion not to mention that it is set to the hard hitting sound of Metallica’s song “One“. All in all I’d have to say that this might be one of the most intense and exciting trailers for a Marvel Netflix original series.

Brutal Punisher Promo Video

One of the best things to come out of the many Marvel series on Netflix was of course The Punisher played by Jon Bernthal. He debuted in season 2 of DareDevil and is now getting his own stand alone series set to premier sometime later this year. We were already treated with a pretty intense teaser that was released back in August and if you missed that then just click here to check it out. Well today Marvel released a short promotional video for the new Punisher series and it already looks pretty brutal. People should know by now that you don’t mess with Frank Castle or you’re gonna end up on the wrong side of an ass whoopin….or worse.

Amazing “Batman: The Animated Series” Collectible Villain Set

This week one of the most iconic animated series from the 90s turned 25 years old. For those of you that grew up in the 90s you probably loved or at least were familiar with Batman: The Animated Series. For many kids that grew up watching this show Kevin Conroy (Batman) and Mark Hamil (Joker) defined Batman and the Joker for their entire generation. There were so many great story lines, iconic animation, and memorable villains that came out of that series. Well in honor of the show’s 25th anniversary DC Collectibles is releasing the Batman: The Animated Series GCPD Rogues Gallery action figure set. One look at this set and it’s obvious that any fan of the animated series or Batman in general will want to add this to their collection.

D.C. Animation Batman: Gotham by Gaslight Sneak Peek

One of the best things about D.C. Comics is their awesome animated movies. The latest one to be released is titled Batman: Gotham by Gaslight. It is basically a “what if” story about Batman facing off against Jack the Ripper back in the 1800s. Personally I have only heard of this comic but never actually read it myself. However, this animation looks pretty awesome and I really like the concept of this, especially when you consider how great of a detective Batman is. Unfortunately I feel like most if not all of the movie adaptations and even some of the animated ones really miss the mark when it comes to portraying Batman as the detective he truly is.

The Punisher First Look and Teaser

The Punisher has always been an iconic character in Marvel’s comic line up but never had much success when it came to his on screen personas. That all changed when he was featured in the last season of the Netflix DareDevil series. He was originally intended to be another antagonist for Charlie Cox’s DareDevil but Jon Bernthal played him so well and fans loved him so much, that Marvel decided to give him his own Netflix series. Now the Punisher is back to collect in this dark and intense teaser trailer. As much as I loved Thomas Jane as The Punisher (I know it’s not a popular opinion) I have to admit that Jon Bernthal really embodies the character in every way.

Elektra and Black Widow Stunt Doubles Film Epic Fight Scene

Lauren Mary Kim is the stunt double for Elodie Yung who plays Elektra in the Netflix series DareDevil and, Amy Johnston is the Stunt double for Scarlett Johansson who we all know plays Black Widow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Together they are responsible for making these two awesome female characters look bad ass on screen. Which leads to the question who do you think would win in an on screen battle Nerd Nation? Do you think Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow would be the winner or do you think Elodie Yung’s Elektra is tougher? I definitely think it would be awesome to watch and hopefully one day we could see the Avengers collide (then eventually team up with) the Defenders.

Karl Urban In Talks To Play Dredd Again

Back in May it was announced that a live action Judge Dredd TV series was in the works titled Judge Dredd: Mega City One. If you missed that story then go ahead and click here to check it out. Not many details were given at the time, not even who would be playing Dredd himself. Well for those of us that loved the 2012 Dredd film there may be some amazing news in store for us very shortly. According to Karl Urban himself, he has been in talks with producers to reprise his role as Judge Dredd in the new Mega City One TV show that is currently in development. After watching the 2012 Dredd movie I honestly can’t picture anyone else in that role.

Spider-Man E3 Game Play Trailer

It has been exactly one year since the much anticipated Spider-Man game was teased for the PlayStation 4 at E3 2016. This year we were hoping to actually be able to see some real game play footage of the game and get a possible release date. Though we didn’t get an official release date we do know that it will tentatively be available sometime in 2018. However, the best part of Sony’s E3 2017 presentation was of course the 9 minute game play demo of the up coming Spider-Man game. The amount of content that they showed off in nine minutes was amazing and the game it’s self looks absolutely beautiful. As a major fan of Spider-Man, I personally can’t wait to get my hands on this game.
