Destiny 2 Live Action Trailer

As the release of Destiny 2 draws ever so near the hype for this game will continue to increase and that is not necessarily a bad thing. Especially because we get more awesome promo videos like this one and more Nathan Fillion, which is never a bad thing. This particular Destiny 2 trailer is a live action version and it looks amazing. I would love to see a Destiny 2 live action TV series or possibly a web series. I definitely think it could fit into the Destiny universe especially with them trying to add more of a story to this new game. One of the biggest criticisms from fans of the original was that it lacked much of a story, and a live action web series could add some more details to a somewhat vague back story.

Everything you love about Earth is gone. Except for the Last City. And now a psycho rhino named Ghaul is coming to take that away too. On September 6, it’s time to grab some big guns, unite our scattered heroes, and take back our home.

This trailer is action packed and looks great. Nathan Fillian continues to add some much needed personality to this game and all in all it is really entertaining. Now I know I’m probably gonna take a lot of criticism for this, but I honestly wasn’t a big fan of the Destiny 2 beta. I owned the first one and played it for several months, got bored with it, and eventually got rid of it. I know a lot had changed over the next year and a half that I didn’t play it, but to me the beta felt like the same thing just with a bit of an upgraded look. I am willing to admit that I probably didn’t spend enough time with the beta, but I just don’t think Destiny is for me.

However, this trailer does look cool and I am still on the fence about buying Destiny 2 or not. I would hate to miss out on a game that everyone is having fun with like I did the first year of Overwatch. So check out the live action Destiny 2 trailer and as always let us know what you think Nerd Nation.
