Destiny 2 Official Game Play Trailer

It was about a month back when we got our first look at the official announcement trailer for Destiny 2 and it left players with a lot of questions about the actual game play. If you missed out on that first trailer don’t worry, because you can still check it out by clicking here. So it looks like today is your lucky day Destiny fans, because we have the first official game play trailer for Destiny 2 posted below for your viewing pleasure. In this NEW trailer we get a quick glimpse of some new weapons, vehicles, and character abilities that definitely have us here at Nerdgasm Needs excited for it’s release.

From the makers of the acclaimed hit game Destiny, comes the much-anticipated action shooter sequel, Destiny 2. Experience an all new cinematic story campaign, innovative cooperative gameplay, and intense competitive multiplayer as you journey across unexplored worlds to discover an arsenal of weapons and devastating new combat abilities.

The problem that I (Mantis) had with the first Destiny game was the repetitive nature of the missions and the constant back tracking into areas that you had already cleared. For me, it got very boring going to the same areas over and over again and watching the exact same enemies spawn in the exact same spots. Looking at this trailer some of the enemies don’t seem to be much different than what we’ve already scene and a lot of the level designs look very similar to the environments in Destiny 1. I was hoping to see some of those things changed up a bit but there are a lot of positives that came from this trailer as well. Again, only time will tell what Destiny 2 really has in store for us. Destiny 2 will be available for purchase September 8 of this year.

So check out the Destiny 2 official Game Play Trailer below and as always, let us know what you think about it Nerd Nation.
