Marvel’s Comic-Con Super Villain Prison Figure Set

Unfortunately it has been 2 years since I was last able to go to Comic-Con International held in San Diego. One of the things I always loved the most about going to Comic-Con was the exclusives that you could only buy there. There has been so many awesome collectables over the years and I have my own small collection of Comic-Con exclusives, but it’s been a while since I saw something that I really liked. However that all changed this year with one of the best looking exclusives coming from Marvel and Hasbro.

Marvel fans can definitely be excited this year with this amazing looking Marvel Super Villain Raft Prison set. The Hasbro booth has a limited number of these sets featuring some exclusive Marvel Legends figures. For those of you not familiar, this set is supposed to represent the floating prison that we saw in Captain America: Civil War known as “The Raft”. These figures are from the 6 inch Marvel Legends toy line and include Abomination, Sandman, Kilgrave, Enchantress, Dread Knight, and the wall crawler himself Spider-Man to keep the villains in line.

Hasbro-Marvel-Legends-The Raft-Figure-Set-02I will admit that these aren’t my first choice in villains but damn it looks cool. The art work and packaging looks awesome and anything that has to do with Spider-Man I’m all about. I think anyone who is a serious collector of the Marvel legends figures, or just a Marvel fan in general will want this set. Personally I love the 6 inch Marvel Legends toy line and my sons and I are avid collectors. I think this set would be perfect for our collection, if only I could actually get into Comic-Con to buy it…

So check out some hi-res images below of Hasbro’s Marvel Legends: Raft figure set and let me know what you think Nerd Nation. Does this set look like an awesome exclusive worthy of Comic-Con or do you think some other super villains would have been better suited for this set?
