Where The Web Head Belongs

So I’m sure most of you have heard by now that Sony and Marvel finally reached an agreement that will allow Spider-Man to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). I know it doesn’t make much sense because I’m sure some of you are thinking,”Wait…Isn’t Spider-Man a Marvel super hero?” The answer is yes but back in the early 90s there was a war between many different film studios over the rights to making Spider-Man movies. Eventually Sony won that war and has held onto those rights with an iron fist.

Welcome Home Web Head

Wow it’s been a long time coming, I hope this deal works out well. I have my concerns but It’s good to see Spidey joining the rest of the Marvel team as he should. Now if we could just get Fox to cough up the X-men we’ll really be in business. Either way I am super excited to see the announcement made by Sony and Marvel. Let’s hope everyone gets along and they continue to put out awesome movies featuring our favorite heroes.

Dying Light Spelling Error

“You health is low.” I’m not usually one to point out spelling errors because Lord knows I make a ton of them, but you would think something like this wouldn’t get over looked especially in a triple A title like Dead Rising. Again I know i make my fair share of spelling errors but I’m just one person and not a team of well paid game designers. I know it can happen from time to time but a message like this shows up often in the game and I’m surprised no one caught it. Your thoughts Nerd Nation?

REAL LIFE Street Fighter Car Bonus Stage

I think that most of us have some pretty fond memories of playing games at the arcade for endless hours as a kid. one of my favorites and I know a favorite for a lot of you guys was Street Fighter II. Nothing was more intense than testing your skills against other players until someone came a long and dethroned you as king/queen. One of the best parts about the game was when you got to the car destruction bonus level between matches. I was never that great at it, but it was still pretty sweet.
