Ninja Turtle Cake

Buddy Valastro from the show Cake Boss posted this Awesome TMNT cake earlier today on Facebook. There is some really great detail in the bricks and manhole cover. The turtles have their classic expression and the pizza looks pretty real! i don’t know about you guys but I would have love to have this cake for one of my kid’s birthday parties…Who am I kidding, I would love to have this for my birthday party. For more Nerdgasmic cakes, check out the cake photo album on my Facebook page.

Mortal Kombat Khristmas (Video)

You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, I’m tellin’ you why: Shao Kahn’s reign is brutal and merciless and he punishes the weak. Tis the season for a Mortal Kombat Khristmas. Man I swear if this was actually an on going web series I would totally watch it. Dorkly once again brings our two favorite ninjas from the Mortal Kombat games to life in this hilarious sitcom spoof.

Christmas has been banned in out world and replaced with Shao Kahn Day. Scorpion misses Christmas and has the Holiday Blues. It’s up to Sub Zero to bring Christmas back and cheer up his buddy. Just reading this description out loud makes me laugh even harder.

Anyways check out this hilarious Mortal Kombat Khristmas and let me know what you think Nerd Nation. Should Drokly make this a weekly web series? Leave me your thoughts in a comment below, on Facebook, or on Twitter.

It’s A Trap!

Happy Friday Nerd Nation! Oh man this totally cracked me up. Just two more weeks until Christmas which mean those shopping days are getting fewer and fewer. Fellas, maybe you go pick out a little something for your girl on your lunch break today…Just a thought 😉

Paper Mache Throphy Dragon (Video)

I’ve seen this video being posted on social media and wanted to share it with the rest of you guys in case you haven’t seen it. This is a time lapsed video from GourmetPaperMache showing his process in making a really Bad Ass, trophy dragon head using paper mache. As much as I wish this was a how to video it really isn’t, though I’m sure if you played close attention and knew a bit about paper mache you could probably use this video to make your own dragon head.

The process looks a lot more difficult than I care to try but the finished result is pretty amazing. The head is very detailed with an awesome color scheme. the video only runs about three minutes long (thanks to the time lapse) but it’s a very impressive 3 minutes. This guy has a ton of awesome mythical creatures all completely made out of paper mache. It’s times like these that I wish I would have continued taking advanced art classes.

Anyways check out this awesome video and see how a Trophy Dragon head is made and let me know what you think Nerd Nation. Leave me a comment below, on Facebook or hit me up on Twitter…Enjoy!
