Cat Ear Headphones

I saw the 3D art images of these things a while back on Deviantart. I remember thinking they were really cool and wondered if they would ever make these into real working head phones. Well to my surprise and utter delight they have gone and done just that. I don’t know about you guys, but to me these headphones look amazing and I would definitely rock these all over the place. I’m a big fan of presentation and these get all kinds of style points in my book.

Turn to The Darkside (Video)

So I’m pretty sure most of you out there have been to Disneyland within the past few years, and if you have then you’ve also probably seen the Star Wars live action stage show. The first time I saw it I thought it was pretty cool, but the next few times you realize it’s kind of cheesy since it’s really made for kids. The basic premise is that the Jedi’s are training some young padawans and they pick kids from the audience to come up and train with them. Eventually, Darth Vader shows up and the kids get to fight him along with some other villains. The cool thing about this video is that this girl changed it up a bit and didn’t quite stick to the script…

This video was actually posted a few years ago but I just saw it for the first time the other day and thought you guys might like to see it, in case you haven’t already. The little girl’s name in this video is Sariah Gallego and she does one of the most bad ass things I’ve ever seen a kid do. Sariah and her little brother Alex were chosen to be part of the show and join the Jedi. However, when she is approached by Lord Vader himself she makes it pretty clear that she wants nothing to do with the Jedi order. Obviously she would much rather join the darkside.

Anyways, check out the video below and as always let me know what you thought of it Nerd Nation. Do you think Disney should make the show a bit more interactive and give the kids a choice or does that seem like it’s against everything Disney stands for? Leave your thoughts in a comment below, on the Facebook page, or on the Twitter page…Enjoy!
