The Deck of Pain

Ya know we nerds aren’t usually known for our physical fitness but I personally have been working hard to try and keep myself fit and healthy. My friend and sometimes co host of the Nerdgasm Needs podcast (Wild Bill) turned me on to this work out and I thought it would be a good excuse to put some cool graphics together.
